Occupational Therapy Locations Across Adelaide
Three clinics across north, central and south Adelaide, with appointments in the places where everyday life happens.
Prefer a dedicated space? Our clinics give you a calm, private room and our full range of equipment, with an OT who knows you by name. Clinic sessions also cost around 30% less than a community visit since it helps your OT to save on travel time.

In-clinic appointments vs community visits
Here are a few examples of what we might do in a clinic and when it helps to meet where the activity happens.
In-clinic appointments
A useful place to talk, plan or try something together when the surroundings are not the main question.
Talk through a goal
Discuss routines, reports or a support plan with the OT.
Try an approach
Explore a tool, an activity or a practical change in a quieter space.
Review what is working
Bring back what you noticed at home, school, work or out in the community.
Community visits
A visit may help when the task or setting itself needs to be seen.
At home
We could see what makes dressing, showering or preparing a meal easier or harder.
At school or work
We could look at a classroom transition, morning routine or work task as it happens.
In the community
We could explore shopping, catching a bus or ordering at a café where it happens.
Visits to education, work and community settings also depend on consent, site arrangements, safety, funding and availability.
Tell us what works for you
When you start the referral, select “Clinic Appointment” and tell us which clinic you prefer.
Your OT will consider your goals, needs and preferences with you from the first appointment, then decide with you whether a clinic or community visit is most appropriate for future sessions. Selecting a clinic tells us your preference; it does not confirm where sessions will take place.

Our admin team usually contacts you within 1–2 business days of receiving your referral to begin onboarding.
