Website Terms
Last reviewed: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the website operated by Meaningful Activities Pty Ltd, ABN 58 664 451 585.
They cover website access, general information, forms, links and digital products. A separate service agreement may apply when you receive services.
1. What these terms cover
Meaningful Activities provides website information about occupational therapy, related services, careers, locations, feedback, privacy and digital products.
Using the website means you agree to follow these terms. A service agreement or product-specific licence may also apply. If it does, it will explain the additional terms for that service or product, subject to the law.
2. General information and urgent help
Website information is general. It does not replace an individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, legal advice, financial advice or a funding decision.
Do not rely on this website for urgent help. Call 000 if someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent police, fire or ambulance assistance.
3. Enquiries, referrals and services
Submitting an enquiry or referral starts our review. It does not mean we have accepted the referral or can provide a particular service, clinician or start date.
We may need more information to check service fit, safety, delivery location, funding and current capacity. Services begin only after the required acceptance, consent and service agreement steps are complete.
Do not send detailed clinical records through a general contact form. Use the referral route or another method confirmed by our team.
4. Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully and responsibly. Do not:
- disrupt the website or try to access information without permission
- upload harmful software
- pretend to be someone else
- misuse website content or forms
- provide another person’s information without permission or legal authority
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content is owned by or licensed to Meaningful Activities. You may view and use the website for personal use or to understand and arrange services.
Do not copy, sell, change or distribute our content without written permission unless the law allows it. Do not claim our content as your own.
A digital product may have its own licence. The product page or checkout must explain the permitted use before purchase.
6. Digital products and purchases
Before purchase, the product page or checkout should state:
- what the product includes
- the file format and any software or device requirements
- the total price, including any applicable tax or disclosed fee
- how and when access or delivery occurs
- the permitted use and any licence limits
Digital resources may be delivered through an automatic email link or made available for immediate download after payment through an external platform. The product page and checkout must explain the delivery method before purchase.
Workshops, online classes and other time-based programs may have different attendance, cancellation and access conditions. Those conditions must be shown before purchase.
Check the product description and contact details before paying. Purchase confirmation and delivery information will be sent through the approved checkout process.
7. Product support, refunds and other remedies
If a digital product does not arrive, will not open, is different from its description or the charge is wrong, email admin@meaningfulactivities.com.au. Include the purchase email, product name, purchase date and order number if available. Do not send full payment card details, passwords, NDIS information or clinical records.
Australian Consumer Law gives consumers automatic rights when products or services do not meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the problem, a solution may include technical help, a new delivery link, the correct file, replacement, correction of a charge, refund or another remedy.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for a resource that has already been delivered or made available for immediate download.
Workshops, online classes and other time-based programs may have a separate change-of-mind or cancellation policy. The applicable conditions will be shown before purchase.
Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. External links
The website may link to another organisation for information, forms, funding, complaints, applications or support. A link does not mean that Meaningful Activities controls or endorses every part of the external site.
Other websites have their own terms, privacy rules and accessibility features. Check which website you are using before sharing information or making a payment.
9. Cookies and tracking tools
With your consent, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how our website is used and to improve our services. How they work, and how to change your choice, is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
10. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content, links and availability can change. The website may also be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.
Contact us if you need to confirm a current service, price, location, vacancy or process before relying on it.
11. Privacy, complaints and contact
